We've implemented a user-friendly support ticket system. Use this easy and simple system to ask for help, report a problem, submit something to our newsletter staff, or give us feedback etc.
Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to conveniently track progress and view responses online. Complete archives and histories of all your support requests are available for your reference.
How to Submit a Ticket:
Click the blue button on the right to submit a new ticket.
A friendly form will appear – think of it as writing a note to a friend.
- Fill in your name and a valid email address (phone number is optional).
- Describe the issue in the message box.
- Click the "Submit" button.
Easy, right? Feel free to attach pictures, videos, or documents using the upload form below the text submission box.
